A 3 day event spread over 40 acres of beautiful Boconnoc Estate, Nr Liskeard. A thousand vintage mechanical exhibits. Free day-long trailer rides hauled by steam engines, free car parking. Model and Craft marquees. Trade Stands, traditional fun fair, beer tent and many other attractions. Boconnoc House also open for viewing. Sunday morning service in the private Boconnoc Church.

The Boconnoc Steam Fair is taking place for the 8th year running at the stunning setting of Boconnoc Estate on 18th - 20th July, 2008.

Over the weekend there is something for all the family, whether you are interested in the beautiful steam engines, vintage cars and other machinery, the history of Boconnoc House which is open to the public (extra charge) or the fair ground rides for the kids. There are also helicopter rides on offer (weather dependent) and many stalls and displays to look at. Full bar and catering facilities are available.

Gates open at 10am until midnight on Friday and Saturday and from 10am – 5pm on Sunday. Ticket prices on Friday are Adults £6, Children £4, Family (2+2) £18. On Saturday and Sunday prices are Adults £7, Children £5 and Family (2+2) £22. Under 5s are free. Tickets can be bought at the gate.

Donations received over the three days will be given to the RNLI and the air cadets (1225 Sqn ATC)

The fair also includes forty full size steam engines, miniature steam engines, tractors, motorbikes, bicycles, cars, commercial military and buses, model and craft marquees and trade stands. Free trailer rides around the estate can be taken and include a trip down to the lake where model boats will be operating.
