Tucoyse Farm Holiday Cottages
The cottages form part of a refurbished courtyard development. Ideally situated for touring, walking and beaches (3 miles). Each cottage sleeps 4 people plus cot, and has an open-plan lounge/dining/kitchen area, with one twin-bedded and one double-bedded room. They also have a shower room + wc.
All bedrooms have views over courtyard to countryside beyond. The lounge areas have similar views and access to the south facing courtyard. To the rear of the properties are secluded patios and individual lawned gardens, further patio/barbecue areas and parking, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. DVD Player and film library.
Rates include bed linen, towels, heating and electricity. Heligan 2.5 miles and Eden 11 miles away.

Road Directions
From St Austell take B3273 to Mevagissey. At crossroads after Pentewan turn right (sign posted St Ewe/Heligan Gardens) and continue for 3/4 mile past Heligan. Turn right (signposted St Ewe/Polmassick) an continue through St Ewe to Polmassick. At cross roads turn right continue uphill to white cottage. Turn left into lane. Tucoyse is 100 yards on right.
