Each cottage sleeps 3. 1 double, 1 single bedroom, (no under 12`s or pets) Fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting rooms, open fireplaces with electric fires. Bathroom with shower over bath and WC also Downstairs WC. Cornish Etchings and pine furniture throughout.
Trewoon village 1.5 miles away boasts excellent pub/restaurant, chinese takeaway, shop, PO.
Eden and Lost Gardens of Heligan within 7 miles as are numerous other lovely gardens.

Road Directions
From St Austell take A3058 Newquay Road. Go through Trewoon village. The next village is Lanjeth. Turn left beside the old village school, down School Hill, over a level crossing to the bottom of the hill, turn right onto a tarmac drive, Lanjeth Farm is at the very end of this drive.
