Hidden Valley Gardens

Hidden Valley Gardens offers 2 self-catering properties; The Garden Studio and The West Wing (both for 2 people) - available for weekly bookings, plus weekends or mid-week from October - May.

These properties are prepared to a high quality standard and set within the 3 acre garden. Ideal for couples, particularly garden lovers, seeking a cosy/romantic getaway break.

The Garden Studio is in a natural stone building that is separate to the main house and not overlooked. It is accessed by external wooden stairs leading to a decking area for outside dining. Inside you will find a studio room with south-facing views over the garden, a large bathroom and a separate, small, but fully functional galley kitchen. The studio is tastefully decorated in luxury ivory and cream colours, with plenty of natural light flooding through the half moon and velux windows. Partly slanted ceilings on each side give it a feel of a country barn conversion. The West Wing is ground floor accommodation, facing south down the garden. The entrance is from the garden patio, where there are outdoor dining facilities. It is newly decorated to a high quality and consists of a large lounge with a dining and kitchen area and a separate bedroom with en suite bathroom. Both rooms look out down the 3 acre garden. The accommodation is for one couple but can be booked in conjunction with the Fountain Suite where two couples are holidaying together. The dining facilities are equipped for up to 4 people. The Fountain Suite can be booked with the West Wing to provide accommodation for a second couple. It consists of a bedroom with twin beds, small lounge (with satellite TV) and en suite shower room in a separate part of the house (upstairs on the first floor, overlooking the fountain and garden).

Both properties are fully furnished and comprises of:
fully equipped kitchen,
electric cooker & fridge with small freezer space,
washing machine & tumble dryer (located separately),
constant hot water & central heating (when needed),
parking space,
bath with shower over,
bathroom sink with mirror/shaver/light and heated towel rails,
dining tables and chairs,
wardrobe & drawers,
5ft double bed with duvets for all seasons (The West Wing has a separate bedroom),
sofa & coffee table,
TV (with Freeview satellite),
outdoor seating area,
access to garden, picnic tables, gazebo with views over the hills,
use of seasonal fruit and vegetables growing in the garden,

Other information in respect of the Garden Studio:
electricity/CH/water included
bed linen & towels included
no smoking or pets
check-in between 15:00hrs & 18:00hrs (unless previously agreed)
check out by 10:00hrs
deposits: £100 for week, £50 for part weeks (non refundable)

Self-catering Prices: High season only available as ‘Weekly’ except for late bookings; two weeks before commencement. The normal weekly change over day is Friday.
